Single mother of 2 kids one which is disabled needs help with transpertation 2 get to childrens appointments and school to further my education ...so ,i can get a good job and support my family.

Please if U or anybody U know can help ...PLEASE, help.

Christmas is soon ...My children r used to not getting Much... But, they deserve so much more.
